15th ANNIVERSARY OF SESAA

This is to congratulate the San Esteban Schools Alumni
Association who recently celebrated its 15th anniversary coinciding with the celebration
of the anniversary of the San Esteban Circle of California of Terra Bella.
Culminating the affair was the coronation of Mrs.
SESAA/SEC 2003, Mrs. Aida Vergara Visaya as the newly crowned queen. Flanking her
royal majesty were Mrs. Pat Esperanza and Mrs. Evelyn Sanidad as her first
and second princess respectively.
The association also doled out some cash and
kind to deserving students and winners of the raffled tickets. One of whom is,
Sarah Jane Dequis Calub who won the Spelling Bee Contest, while Zaneta Lei Vergara
Balantac and Reina Esperanza bagged the $300 check and certificate for their
brilliance and perseverance in school work as the Most Outstanding High
School Student Graduate of Class 2003.
The success of the affair was made possible by
the well coordinated and cooperation of Atty. Samuel Orpilla, Marilou Quemado,
Willy Esperanza, Mercy Esperanza, Junalyn and Eugene Bernas, Mrs. Ofelia Esperanza
Alegre, Elsa Eala, Mita Guzman and many other helping hands through the untiring
leadership and initiative of the SESAA president, Mr. Rudy Europa and the SESAA
founder and first SESAA president, Mrs. Imelda Vergara Lasam.
The celebration was graced by the presence of
his honorable Vice Mayor Norman Vergara Mendoza and his beloved wife Zoraida
of San Esteban as guest of honor and speaker. Tony Hernadez, the former Tawag ng
Tanghalan champion gave a spectacular rendition serenading the royal court.
Sarah Jane Dequis Calub and Hannah Orpilla also performed with the singing
of the star spangled banner and the Philippine National Anthem plus some
entertaining songs for the listening pleasure of the invited guests and the
crowd as a whole.
Leila Pereira, the beautiful and versatile
and two handsome guys Tony Vergara and Poly Esperanza gave a perfect team
of a well done job being the emcee of the affair dubbed as the Filipiniana night.
A live band with the famous singing sensation Florence Aguilar on the helm
gave the evening a lively wonderful enjoyment for everybody.
