SESAA CASH INCENTIVES AWARDED TO HONOR STUDENTS 2006

Graduation days are here again and the honor students are excited to receive their cash gifts from the San Esteban Schools Alumni Association (SESAA) which gives to elementary and high school graduating honor students the cash incentives as a reward in recognition to their academic excellence. SESAA has become a byword among the graduates as they strive for honors in order to get the dollar incentives. The cash incentive in the total amount of $600 cash was personally brought by former SESAA President Mr. Rudy Europa and awarded on the graduation rites of the respective schools by Vice Mayor Norman V. Mendoza and assisted by other Municipal Officials. Elementary valedictorians receive the amount of $50, salutatorians, $25; High School valedictorians receive the amount of $100 and salutatorians $50.

The honor graduates wish to express their heartfelt gratitude to the officers and members of the SESAA for the yearly incentives and promise to use the amount for their school needs this coming school year.

April 4, 2006- San Esteban National High School

The Valedictorian is Alvin Dale Berzabal of Cabaroan. He is the son of Ronald and Loida A. Berzabal of Cabaroan Centro. He is also the grandson of Anastacio Anquillano of Apatot.

The Salutatorian is May Angelica R. Manzano, the youngest daughter of Francisco and Betty Manzano of Sitio Masungad, Ansad

The Guest Speaker is Miss Irene P. Bolanos, Batch 96 at the SENHS and working at the Municipal Agriculture Office, San Esteban, Ilocos Sur

April 5, 2006- Apatot Community School

The Valedictorian is Stephanie C. Baltazar, daughter of Apatot Day Care Worker Joan Caceres Baltazar.

The Salutatorian is Mary Grace R. Europa daughter of Edgar Europa of Apatot.

The Guest Speaker is Miss Angela Fulgencio Europa, who now works at the Mapfre Insular Insurance Corp, Makati City. She is an alumni at Apatot Elementary in the early 90s and the daughter of Bernardino “Rogel” Europa.

April 5, 2006- San Esteban North Central School

The Valedictorian is Kimberly Claire Villena, whose father is from Bigbiga. She is the grand daughter of Mr. Pedong Cardenas from sitio Apaya, San Rafael.

The Salutaturian is Elsie Joana M. Tapaoan, a daughter of Grace Martinez Tapaoan from San Nicolas, a high school teacher at the SENHS.

The Guest Speaker is Mrs. Fredeline Directo Dela Cuadra, salutatorian of elementary Batch 73 and is now theDirector on Student Affairs at the Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur

April 6, 2006- Ansad Elementary School

The Valedictorian is Marc Stephen A. Eleccion, son of ABC President Eulogio, Jr. and Helen Eleccion from Cabaroan Amianan

The Salutatorian is April Anne B. Vidal, daughter of Zaldy and Marites B. Vidal from Cabaroan Centro.

The Guest Speaker is SBM Godofredo E. Tabila, elementary graduate Batch 56, a retired Philippine Marines Colonel and presently a municipal councilor and the Chairman on the Committee on Trade and Industry.

April 6, 2006- San Esteban South Central School

The Valedictorian is Ma. Divina M. Elaydo, daughter of. Ray and Mildred Elaydo from San Nicolas

The Salutaturian is Guianina Duran, daughter of Ms. Gladys Duran from Poblacion

The Guest Speaker is Mr. Lionel E. Ledda, who works at Maersk Administrative Center Ltd., Ortigas, Pasig City. He is the son of Paulino and Lulu Ledda and the grandson of Filomeno and Norma Europa.

April 8, 2006- San Esteban Academy

The Valedictorian is Ms. Rhenalyn Tan, the 7th out of 9 children of the late Reynaldo and Mila Tan from San Rafael. His brother is Regimar, the newly hired utilityman at the Municipal Town Hall.

The Salutaturian is Ms. Vilma Oliveros who is from sitio Carot, Suso, Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur.

The Guest Speaker is Mrs. Delia Mina Sibayan, who is the Principal of Burgos Central School, Burgos, Ilocos Sur
