To all Fellow San Estebanians all over the World.

     On behalf of the Officers and members of the SESAA, I am honored to cordially invite you ALL to join and celebrate its 15th year anniversary on August 31, 2003 at the Veterans Memorial Hall in Terra Bella, CA. It will be a "Filipiniana Night", and the highlight of the affair is the Crowning of "Mrs. SESAA/SEC 2003" & the presentation of Scholarship/Incentive Awards to our deserving children.

     I wish to greet you ALL especially the new faces, despite the immeasurable distance between us, who are joining the FIESTA 2003, the traditional San Esteban way.

     It's wonderful to know that our collective efforts, faith in one another and unity has produced a tremendous success our Association now enjoys. We have good and noble intentions for every San Estebanians and our community here and way back home. Let us always remember to love one another, and rise above self to achieve our common goals.

     With the help from other various San Esteban Organizations, we will combine our efforts in order to successfully accomplish our mission and goals for a brighter and better tomorrow.
