         Tonight, we celebrate the 16th anniversary of the San Esteban Schools Alumni Association and in commemoration of the 49th year of the San Esteban Circle of Terra Bella & Vicinity.I hope that those who travelled near or far will experience the warmest of each and everyone, strengthen family ties and renew the spirit of brotherhood.

         During the past fifteen years, we have continuously delivered our aims and objectives not only limited to our children in the USA, but also to our deserving students in our beloved hometown.Thru the initiative of the Federated Sangguniang Kabataan Council ( SK ) with the support of our very energetic Mayor Armando V.Abad and the Sangguniang Bayan Members (SBM), we are committed to help source out FUNDS for the Municipality of San Esteban Scholarship Program, to help our needy townmates whose deserving children desire to pursue higher education. We have to recognize that the most pressing and felt needs that confronts most of the youth of our town nowadays is their difficulty to continue education on account of poverty.

         May I take this opportunity to give thanks to the San Esteban Youth Group for their initiative to partake in this Event.Their participation give more self-confidence and courage in front of large audience and the incentive to participate in school and community activities, give a better awareness, emphasize and teach them the value of knowing and preserve not just the rich and colorful heritage of our past but also the bright ideas and promising future that is within their reach. Remember..our well being tomorrow rests on the shoulders of our Youth of today.

         I thank also to the San Esteban Circle of Terra Bella & Vicinity for their inspiration in making the birth of our Association a reality.Special thanks to the 2004 Little SESAA King & Queen and their Royal Courts and parents for their time, effort and devotion getting involved for the success of this affair, to our friends and relatives for your continuous and generous support, and my sincere thanks and gratitude to all SESAA' NS for the team effort and encouraging support you've given me for the past five years. Inspite of many odds against us, we have survived and look back with sense of pride and accomplishment. The success of this annual celebration is a manifestation of our unity, cooperation and reconciliation. May this values prevail so that our Association will always and surely progress in the years ahead.

         I congratulate the newly elected president and other officers. I have no doubt in my mind that they will do much better and will continue a more stronger working relationship and pursue other strategic ideas to fulfill our mission and objectives. I join you in praying for the greater strenght and continuous success of the Association.

         As my year term comes to a close, I would like to take this opportunity to extend my heartfelt "THANK YOU" to each and everyone. I felt so privileged leading such a dynamic and goal-oriented group. It was a challenging task and the successful outcome is all worth the personal sacrifice of time and effort that we invested. We worked together with harmony and your cooperation, help and support really meant a lot which lead me to a direction through the years.

         Once again, my family and I extend our sincere THANKS AND GRATITUDE TO ALL OF YOU. I AM PROUD TO BE A....SAN ESTEBANIAN!
