I. Special Events/Activities
A. Reno Trip April 28, 201
1) Net earnings - $567.86
B. Picnic given to Mr. Armando V. Abad, Municipal Mayor, San Esteban, Ilocos Sur
1) SECC donated $500.00 to help initiate scholarship program; Mayor Abad was given a watch and a t-shirt courtesy of SECC.
C. Christmas Party Saturday, December 15, 2001
1) Youth below 13 years of age (those in attendance only) were given $15.00 each as Christmas gift.
D. Reno Trip March 16, 2002
1) Net earnings - $505.64
E. Thanksgiving Party Saturday, November 10, 2002 (this is the conjunction with fundraising event for 2002)
1) Junior High, High School and Collegiate graduates being recognized awarded for academic excellence. There were 6 awardees:
a) College: Honorio Benitez, III and Benedict Tan
b) High School: Jeramaine Salum and Jesse Benitez
c) Junior High: Junelle Empleo and David Foronda
2) 3 Winners for the Major Fundraising
a) First Prize Mr. Segundo Laguesma Foronda = $750
b) 2nd Prize Mrs. Chita Vergara Balantac = $400
c) 3rd Prize Mrs. Letty Custodio Gagarin = DVD
II. Donations by SECC to San Esteban Township
A. Collective efforts of members who donated computer, keyboards, books, encyclopedia, etc. to the learning center. This was made possible by the special coordinating efforts of Ella Empleo.
B. Medical supplies and equipments also donated through the leadership of Domi Dagdagan.
C. Special acknowledgement / thank you from Mayor Armando V. Abad, Municipal Mayor regarding scholarship money donated to institute a scholarship program. (Money was given during his visit on September 2001).
III. Solicitation / Appeals
A. Response given to San Esteban National High School for perimeter fence - $200.00
B. Awaiting response from SECC membership regarding completion of repairs for parish house (letter from parish pastoral council).
IV. Donations to SECC
A. White Board with stand donated by Mrs. Wilhelmina Ayson and Ethel Galasinao Realin.
B. Tape recorder donated by Rex V. Galasinao.
V. Special meeting held on June 8, 2002 for the amendment of the SECC constitution and by-laws.
