Susan Abad-Europa
Chairperson and Webmaster
          Susan is the only daughter of the late Martin Abad and the former Romualda Guzman. She graduated from Saint Louis University in Baguio City in 1993 with the degree Bachelor of Science in Biology. She took up medical assistant course at Poway School in San Diego, CA the year 1994. She is currently employed as a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant. Susan is currently taking her RN degree in Olympic College, Washington State. She was the vice-chairperson of the San Esteban Website, 2000 – 2002. She was the president of the San Esteban Collegians Association (SECA), 1991-1993. She and husband Winston Balucanag Europa and children Guinevere, Shanahan and Eidelweiss reside in Bremerton, Washington.

 
         
   

Joy Vergara Clouston
Co-Webmaster
 
         Joy Vergara Clouston, the daughter of Mr. Amador B. and the former Evangeline Cortado, was born and raised in Barangay Apatot. She graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration (specializing in MIS) from the Philippine School of Business Administration (Manila), class of 1998. She is presently living in Taiwan with her husband Miles Lee Clouston and daughter Maelee Nicole. She teaches English and Computer part time.

       
   

Michael S. Cala
Co-Webmaster
          Mike is presently working at Ilocos Sur Electric Cooperative, Inc. as System Analyst. He graduated BS Computer Engineering at AMA Computer College - La Union Branch. He is the son of Mr. Camilo P. Cala and Marites Serrano Cala of barangay Villa Quirino.

          Mike is a Microsoft Certified Professional [MCP] and TESDA Certfied Computer Techinian (Level II).

       
   

Rodolfo A. Europa
Treasurer - U. S. and Adviser
          Rudy was born and raised in Barrio Apatot, San Esteban, Ilocos Sur. Over the years as he struggled hard, he had many ups and downs, but on the balance, he experienced an active and rewarding life. He graduated and successfully passed the 1966 Dental Board Examinations. Before migrated to the USA in 1969, he took a dental post graduate studies at the Veterans Memorial Hospital and at the same time worked as an assistant to Dr. A. Achacoso Dental Firm in Quezon City, Philippines.

          His leadership role as president of SESAA ( 2000-2004 ) and support to the Website is remarkable. He is one of the advisers of the San Esteban Schools Alumni Association. Presently working in the Automation Department at the United States Postal Service. He is happily married to Imelda L. Esperanza and blessed with two children, Romel and Rozelle to whom is married to Randolph Laigo.Currently, his family resides in Redlands, California.

       
   

Angelita Hermosura Arce
Treasurer - San Esteban
          Heling is the daughter of the late Luis Albayalde Arce and Nieves Vergara Hermosura. She graduated from the University of Northern Philippines with the degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Major in Banking and Finance). She is presently the Municipal Treasurer of San Esteban and was chosen as the Most Outstanding Treasurer in Ilocos Sur.

       
   

Art Barrey Diaz
Secretary
          Art is a registred midwife and a health science educator, a lover of music, plays the piano. He is also an orator, declaimer, writer and good in directorial jobs and in public speaking. He popularized the compositions of Dr. Ben among the youth of San Esteban.

        Art Barrey Diaz is the only son of Mrs. Violeta Barrey of barangay Apatot and the late Rodolfo Diaz of Muntinlupa, Metro Manila.

       
   

Hyalyn Faye Blancaflor
Herald
           Hyatt is from Poblacion, San Esteban. Shes the eldest and only daughter of Virgilio
Blancaflor to former Belinda Tabuyo Ramirez.

           Hyatt isundergraduate of BS Commerce Major in Banking and Finance at La Consolacion and BS Nursing at UNP. She is presently taking up Business Iinformation Management at AMA-CLC Candon City.

           She has been the New Miss SE 2004 and 2006, Harana 2004-2006 Commitees Secretary. and newly appointed one of their barangay.

       
   

Rynna G. Estraela
Herald
           Rynna is the daughter of the Late Juanito Estraela of Iguig, Cagayan and Mrs. Concepcion Guzman Estraela of Poblacion, San Esteban, Ilocos Sur. She took up Architecture at the Cagayan State University in Tuguegarao, Cagayan but she didn't finished her studies due to her commitments with her family here in San Esteban. She has been a member of Committee on Harana and Committee on Search for Miss San Esteban as an artist.

       

Majella Juan Empleo
Adviser
          Majella Foronda Juan Empleo, better known as "ELLA", is a native of San Rafael, San Esteban, Ilocos Sur. She is the older of the two daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Herman and Rosita Juan, the latter, a former teacher of San Esteban Academy. Their family migrated to the United States in 1976. Ella went back in the Philippines in 1980 to complete her studies. She graduated with the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Accounting from La Consolacion College, Manila, Philippines the year 1985. She is happily married to Florentino Sison Empleo, Jr. from Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur. They are blessed with two kids, Earvin John and Junelle Louise. They currently reside in San Francisco, California. She is working with City and County of San Francisco, Department of Public Utilities Commission, Water Pollution Control Division.

   

Geoffrey Cardenas Vergara, RNC, CCRN
Adviser
          Geoffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and units in Master of Nursing from the University of the Philippines. Before migrating to the United States, he worked as a staff nurse at the Philippine Children’s Medical Center for 2½ years. He is presently working as a staff nurse at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Brownsville Medical Center, Texas. He is specialty board certified in Newborn Critical Care Nursing by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and the National Certification Corporation.
          He was the former chairman and webmaster of the San Esteban website, 2000 - 2002.

   

Mario Vergara Racela
Adviser and Managing Editor
           He has been the adviser of this website since its existence for the past seven years together with long time friend, the late Dr. Galahad V. Barcelona. Although an undergraduate in AB Journalism at the University of Santo Tomas, he became an asset and great help in the different Town Fiesta undertakings. He first directed the 1980 stageplay "Idi Lumnek 'Ti Init…Bigaten, Barangayan Choral Festival 1984 and the longest running literary and weekly solo singing contest in Ilocos Sur, the HARANA Atbp. He also initiated and chaired first ever beauty and brain contests, Search for the New Miss San Esteban in 2002 and every two years thereafter and the Street Dancing competitions in our municipality. Mario is the fifth child of the late mayor Antonio Orzales Racela and the late Clemencia del Rosario Vergara. He, along with his wife, Cecilia Bambao of Bauang, La Union, now manage Pong and Yong Food Services which caters decorations, party set-ups and food services for all occasions
