Last October 18, 2003, the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) sports competitions started with the parade of the different teams from our ten barangays in our municipality. The different teams vibrantly put under everybody's nose their new set of uniforms respective muses to highway barangay residents until their return to the auditorium to hear the message of our mayor, Honorable Armando V. Abad, who also did the ceremonial toss to start the opening game of the season.
SK Federated chairman, Rosario Vergara, will again head the Sports Committee in this year’s undertakings for the youth, ages ranging from 15 -17 years old. This year’s tournament is a single round-robin elimination from the 10 teams, in which the top 5 teams will advance to the semi-finals and the top 2 teams for the championship. The only other sport competition is volleyball for girls.
