             To my fellow San Estebanians.

            It is with great pleasure that I convey my sincere greetings. On behalf of the Officers and Members of the San Esteban Circle of California, I would like to express our sincerest thanks and congratulations to the town mates in the celebration of the town fiesta.

            May this celebration contribute in no small measure in fostering unity and cooperation among us as we render our vital share in community development and ultimately sharing our success to our fellow San Estebanians.

            May the spirit of joy & Christmas during this memorable occasion encourage all of us to give thanks to the wonderful blessings and graces God has bestowed upon us.
