            Allow me to take this occasion to extend my congratulations to the untiring Webmaster and Chairperson Susan Abad Europa and the entire staff of our Website.

            Once again, the continued success of our Town Fiesta Celebration is a clear manifestation of our confidence in our vision of an ideal community and a model of effective governance. A great part of this success comes from the hard work, dedication, professionalism and cooperation of each and every one of you. Let us not then be perturbed by these numerous challenges that continuously haunts the stability of our country. But rather, let these challenges be served as an encouragement to work harder for the betterment of our beloved town. With your continued cooperation and support, I am certain that as your Chief Executive, our mutual goal to develop San Esteban into a peaceful, progressive and prosperous community will become a reality.
