My dear town mates:
Aloha! Once again, I feel deeply honored to offer my humble joyful message to all of you during these blessed holidays.
This year, the SEAM officers and members were actively involved in raising funds for the two- story health clinic extension. With the generous support of our concerned SEAM officers and members, good friends, relatives and business associates, we succeeded in bringing in the much needed dollars to erect the building which will be dedicated on Decmeber 26, 2005.
However, the completion of the building is not the culmination of our project; it is just the beginning of more to come to benefit the community at large. We will continue to work hard and solicit monetary donations for equipments, train staff, and etc. Therefore, may I plead with you again, my fellow San Estebanians abroad, to continue to support the SEAM mission and let us make a difference in the general health, education, and welfare of our less fortunate town mates. “Think NOT what your town can do for you; think of what you can do for your town.” Let us all be worthy in saying, “ I am proud to be a San Estebanian.”
Thank you and may peace, love and friendship reign in everbody’s heart during these holidays.
Naimbag a paskua yo amin!
Mahalo Nui Loa,
Ben R. Galindo, M. D.
President (SEAM)
