*Head Municipal Contingent to National Jamboree and to Provincial Regional Jamborettes.

*One school building was constructed.
*The school won 3rd place in Food Production (Division Level)
c) District Nonformal Education Coordinator (1997-2002)
*Organized functional literacy with livelihood skills classes in San Esteban and Burgos.
e) OIC, SESCS (1998-2001)
*Put up a water reservoir, a “salakot” shade and the south gate the school were constructed. The frontage of the main building was widened with balustrades.
e) Secretary, Adoracion Nocturna Filipina (A church organization of Laymen)
*We rendered bible service to a dead town mate irrespective of religious affiliation.
f) Consultant, Northern Poblacion Neighborhood Association (an NGO of Sitio Lipit)
*We are raising funds that the members borrow for livelihood purposes.

a) To be a Servant Leader – that is to serve the people with genuinely caring heart; and be transparent, honest and responsive to their needs.
b) To chart a clear policy agenda and programs of governance consistent with the four pillars of politics of service (Maka-Diyos, Maka-Tao, Maka-Bayan, Maka-Kalikasan)
c) To give full support to the Non formal Education of the Depth-ED particularly its livelihood skills training component for out of school youths so that they can maximize their potentials for growth and improve their quality of life and perform effectively in community development.
d) To activate and encourage the Sangguaninag Kabataan members to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become effective, efficient, self-reliant and creative community leaders and agents of change by involving themselves in the affairs of the government.
