Barangay San Rafael
April 16 & 17, 2005

     San Rafael had a simpler celebration. They held a basketball tournament among the 4 zones, had a snap coronation dubbed Balikbayan and Barangay Night.

     Results were:
Queen Rosalina Espanto
1st Princess Rose Ramos Lores
2nd Princess Victoria G. Benitez.

     Guest Speaker is Mayor Armando V. Abad. Balikbayans present were Mr. Isabelo Ayson from Hawaii and Mr. Miling Carreon.

     On the 17th was the Harana Singing Competition. Winners were:
Childrens Portion - Lovely Castaneda of Santiago
40+1 Portion - Jupiter Ebojo of San Pablo
Main Portion - William Taer of Apatot
At Iba Pa Portion - Folk Dance-“Pasikat sa Baso” by Kelly Baldonado’s San Rafael Dance Troupe.

     Program Chairman is Kagawad Marietta Edralin Mamaba and Chairman of board of judges is Dr. Winifreda Joaquin.
